I would like to know how a Texas company oversees utility bill payments in Tennessee. This is a PREDATORY COMPANY... The due date on the bill is the 26th of the month, why are they emailing me on the 1st of the following month for the next payment?That is small in comparison to what they've done.If you don't pay them on the due date they will take the payment without authorization (it's in the fine fine print of their contract, font size 0.1,,,That's right snatch your money directly from your checking or savings account.In addition to that the FEES are outrageous! This foolishness must be stopped. get out of Tennessee, texas... we can pay our own bills to our utility companies here!
