Just an absolute amazing experience. Elijah helped me for two days for nearly his whole shift from start to finish to help me through everything. I asked the same questions and had so many problems, but he helped me every single step of the way. They are lucky to have him, and he is an exceptional worker. Extremely knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 would 100% recommend! Need to pay that man more, especially if he has to deal with people like me all the time! HAHA
The customer service is outstanding! A representative assisted me with an issue I encountered while starting the server. I had uploaded mods to the server mods file, and while I could run them on my personal mod loader, the server refused to start. The representative was not only quick to help but also identified the problem and explained the reasons behind it.
I started a ticket fully planning on quitting my subscription because I was so lost. Then came along the great Elijah they sat there listen to my issues and step by step held my hand and helped me fix my issues and get into my sever. I owe everything to them they were amazing.
New to having a server especially a modded server, almost cancelled my server without asking for help. Decided to ask for help and Elijah did an amazing job helping me through the steps of fixing my server to be able to play.
Support for me was quick and painless. Only confusing part was that Chat didn't work in LibreWolf, but that's not a major issue, but might help someone else if they have issues with the chat functions in LibreWolf or Firefox. I was able to use Chrome to chat with no issues.
