The houses are nice enough, but as new builds there will be issues. I have repairs that are older than my tenancy been there a year and most of the repairs are still outstanding from the first day I moved in. I get no meaningful updates and no one really cares. They have access to your property and workmen will enter your home when they please without warning as they wrote this into your tenancy agreement. The crime and horrible tenants are rife in Pullman green Doncaster, and it’s clear they let to anyone who will pay the over inflated prices
Just got my first year rent increase which has increase by nearly £100 per month. They say it’s in line with the market but I’m unable to find any same house in this area at the price they just raised. It’s a scam. How can you justify raising the rent that much it’s not Inlife with markets but aligned with their greed. From 900-1000 pm and they can’t even do the repairs.
