I am really trying not to be upset at this moment, but it's really hard not to be since I have an exam on Monday and this weekend is the only time I have had to study. I was logged in a couple of minutes ago, and I was logged off when I went to another video. When I tried to log in, it said that my account couldn't be found to check my email. Mind you, I have emails and passwords saved to auto log me in. I did check anyway to make sure and yup I had the correct information, yet my account can't be found so I can't log in. So, I tried to log in on other devices, and I get the same issue. The worst part is that there is no customer service on the weekend, so now I have to wait for someone to contact me on Monday, the day of my Exam!!!! You would think that the amount that is being charged for these subscriptions and that, commonly, NURSING students' study on the weekend, that you would have people available to answer the phone!! The other day I had an issue, and I never received an email back I had to call so I wonder if you will contact me at all. I think that this is something that needs to be changed, especially since I will end up paying $500 for this, and it is not reliable since I can't access it on any of my devices which has a limit, and I can't reach anyone on the weekend if I have any issues.
