I got a flyer that I had been pre-selected for a personal loan, i.e. $30K for $580 a month. I went ahead and applied and let them do the soft credit hit. Just found out that I was not approved and they offered me a debt consolidation plan instead through their other company called Rescue 1 Financial where I would pay them over $1K a month and they make deals with my creditors. The flyer I got in the mail was misleading; I was really hoping for a loan with low interest rates to consolidate credit cards. Be aware, what you get in the mail is not always what it seems. Tim got irritated when I stopped his sales spiel and said no thank you.
