This company is dodgy through and through. I don't understand why the real estate agents use them, they have a trust account where all the rents should go to but NO they use this piece of xxxx company. I have reported them to the Ombudsman and reported them to ASIC to be investigated. I am sure that I am not the only person on this planet that has complained about SimpleRent. I have been charged $69.50 for 5 dishonors when it was the real estate's fault not notifying them that the rent was paid, not just that they were away over the Christmas period 22nd Dec to the 4th Jan. What a joke. Let's see what the ombudsman says and ASIC. Everyone is just getting on top of things after COVID and these thieves are taking hard earned money from people. You should be ashamed of yourselfs SimpleRent. Hope you get investigated. Not happy Jan !
