I ordered one top just to see how the experience of buying from this company was. I emailed them asking for my order receipt, because it doesn't automatically get sent out. I had to email them more than a few times to get what I needed. Then it actually arrived! Before the day I needed it too. But it was too big on me, shame! It was thick and a little heavy, so it's a nicer quality than one would expect. But the shipping information comes from China, so I can assume these are Chinese products. They include a printed slip for you to return the item and write the reason for the return - however the window of time they accept returns is SO small! If I hadn't gone to return it a couple days after receiving it, I would have not gotten any money back. You pay for the item, you pay for shipping, and if you're returning it, you pay for shipping again. They only refund the amount of the item itself, not the full price you paid. So I paid in order to return it. Then I never got my money back, and I needed to send a few emails for them to ask me for the tracking info. I had thrown it away weeks prior, so I gave them the order # and that seemed to satisfy them (since you need to write your order # on the enclosed return slip they provide to you). You also need to return it in the original packaging, which I did. After my emails, that's when they finally released my funds for the return. I wouldn't have received my refund had I not pestered them via email.In summary: Things get done, but only if you hold their hand every step of the way... if you leave things to fall through the cracks, they definitely will. But they at least responded to me, which is more than what I can say about the other bad reviews on here.. maybe the good reviews are bought/fake?
