I wasn't approved. I make 35,000 a year. I was trying to borrow a small amount to pay USM so I can enroll in the Fall. I'm 44 years old and ready to FINALLY finish my degree and work on my master's. I've already been approved for Pell Grants and a 1000 dollar grant to go towards my balance. I don't have a co-signer at my age. Unfortunately, my credit is "fair" because of a couple of minor stupid mistakes I made when I was young. The majority of my debt is student loans. I could really have used the help. It's disappointing that a company advertising to help people finish school can't loan me a couple thousand dollars to finish school.
