In Dec 2024, I gifted my wife a SSM Certification that supposed to be lead by John Hill. Paid in advance from Oct 2024. On the date of the training, surprise: another trainer. No notice, no prior email, nothing.
Posted a similar review here, my email and phone started to get messages form them offering this, that and the other: free PMP course, huge discounts on other courses, etc. In exchange for me deleting the comment we agreed that my wife would get a free POPM training with the same John Hill on a March 2025 date.
One day before that date, the same customer support representative called me, of course, telling me that John is not available so we need to reschedule.
Agreed upon another date in Apr 2025, with another trainer since we waited 3 months already. Moved things around so we can make room for this training. One hour into the training, I got another call from a different person asking about why is someone else attending the training instead of me. Ran the full story by them. They proceed to tell me that this wasn't the agreement and now she needs to pay.
She dropped the call and we'll go with another provider.
Mind you, before this situation with the gifted course, I got a RTE and POPM certification with them. So I'm not a new customer. There were some bumps for those as well, but my experience with John made it kind of go away. They might have good reviews form one time customers, but still.
Also, I'm going to report this to SAFe because I have emails and whatsup chats.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
