I have been trying to log into my Simplified account since Tuesday in order to cancel my subscription, but the platform does not allow me to log in.The system clearly states that my email is already registered, yet I cannot access my account using any login method. Because of this, I am unable to cancel my subscription myself.I have contacted Simplified multiple times by email, sent messages on Facebook, and even commented publicly on their social media and YouTube channel. So far, I have received no reply at all.This situation leaves customers stuck paying for a service they cannot manage or cancel. Until this issue is resolved and support becomes responsive, I cannot recommend this platform.
