The vacuum pack bags were slow to arrive. The bags looked well made with zips that required a reasonable effort to close. The PUMP for vacuum packing only blew this only inflation no deflation. Customer care were notified asap. That was 11/2 now is 13/3. I’ve been didled by the company. I supplied all information but still not enough with them requesting more. Videos were sent which they claimed didn’t open, only possible for the rest of the world. There were contradictions:- what they asked for to commence the refund process, refund policy, guidelines for use of pump and attachments. The company offered twice, a full refund without the need to return the product. Then, the company started the process from the beginning on how to return a product. The company no longer has any contact with me. I will never buy again and I will certainly encourage any other person not to buy as the company is running a dishonourable company. I’m left with a debit and a faulty product.
