Company Ignored my 3 emails/messages to them. This is not a good sign. I then clicked on Manage subscription link in an email the company sent me. When I choose cancel subscription it takes me to another screen that tries to persuade me to remain as a customer. There is no confirm cancellation button only a keep subscription button. I have emailed them just to cancel my subscription. Hopefully between that email and this review it will get done.
