Purchased an alarm system with them easy to install and set up but there are issues. On two seperat occasion I forgot to turn off the alarm and it did not trigger (at this point we don't know how long the system was not working). I contacted customer service and had to reset and link them back to the home base one by one. The conversation I had with them as if they don't care about your property and possession stating "it would of been and unfortunate event if my house was broken into if the system wasn't working at the time." The glass break sensor is not what is advertised only triggering if it is a glass break, it is not true because the vaccum triggers it, even when my baby is crying triggers it. Can't return for a refund because the window of returning it is gone so I am stuck with it.
