Starting on the morning of Saturday 26-08-2023 our website is DOWN due to maintenance work on Simply.com's side. Throughout the weekend, the problem with the availability of the site persists. I have written several messages to Simply technical support. But now, Monday morning comes and the problem repeats again. We have an online store. The phone in our office is hot because of calls from customers who cannot place an order online. We are losing money due to poor service on the Simply.com side.P.S. The last time (23-03-2023) when I left a bad review about the same issue, Simply.com wrote to Trustpilot that my review was fake (although I included my support report number in my review). Simply.com representatives, I give you advice - instead of trying to remove negative customer reviews, learn how to do normal customer service.
