I made an enquiry about our situation and spoke to Curtis Zetter. He said at first as my husband is older that he could get a mortgage up until aged 80. by the end of the call he said 75. We lost our trust but proceeded anyway and he did get in touch with some lenders. I would seriously debate any long-term relationship with lenders or long term experience. He was polite and sent me an email to say he has approached lenders. I then received an email saying no one could help us because of my husbands age. It was then, he told us it was a no from any lender. I said what if my money was going up due to a promotion, still a no. Did not even try. Waste of time!!! I gave one star for getting back to me.
