I have to say I was apprehensive using at start. having gone through divorce and credit being mixed and having no luck with local Mortgage brokers i reached out. I appreciate its expensive compared to most brokers, but not only did they get me a mortgage when others couldn't, they also secured a great rate, so easily negates the initial high cost. Wont be for everyone, but if in situation like i was, can be a game changer. Special shout out to Matthew and Louise who prob had to do more than normal to earn that offer, not least answering my many many phone calls. Always polite, and proactive.
