I received a cancellation notice for a policy purchased on April 2. I was told that my Mastercard credit card used to purchase the policy was rejected. I told them that I don't own a Mastercard. The service rep began to "suggest" that I used a family or friend's card, which was rejected. Never good to imply fraud, when a client is calling you about a mistake that wasn't made by him. I also couldn't understand why I hadn't received notice before this "certified" letter of cancellation. They had my email and phone number....
