FIRSTLY, we have booked with this company before and all went really well no issues etcSo we thought lets get another business class ticket this time to Europe in September 2024. We were looking for something pretty cheap ( but not nasty) and they found us flights on Vietnam airlines with a stop over in Saigon that we had to stay the night on the way there and they included a room in a hotel in the city to stay. All good until we looked into doing our seat allocations to find out that our flights were all cancelled... it is now only 4 months until we are meant to fly out and we have accommodations booked in the UK etc No one had the courtesy to inform us of this , we had to call them and it took days to get our point across, very frustrating. We did eventually get a full refund , but not happy as no flights and of course other options have now increased in price
