Made an appt for Botox which I then cancelled within 48hr period for full refund(ie 3 days ahead of appt). However, checked my bank account 3 days after cancellation and £50 not refunded. Called Simply Clinics who advise me the £50 had been kept as credit on my account!. I told the lady that this is not as per their refund policy and money should be automatically refunded upon cancellation. She didn’t apologise for this error but rather justifying what they had done. Anyway she agreed to refund. I urge everyone to check their bank accounts where they have done a cancellation
