The process of ordering frames was very easy with Simply Eyeglasses but the real joy in using this company came when I contacted them that the frame surface chipped after 3 months. When I explained the issue, I was told that all I needed to do was to send back the frame with the chip and they would send a new frame. They appologized and said that they just wanted me to be happy with the purchase. Great customer service and so friendly!!!
