I typically buy my glasses through an online retailer so I have a fair amount of experience with this process.I have read some negative reviews about this company, but most of them are years old.My recent experience was nothing short of professional and easy.After an online order with a pair of frames that had to be ordered, they kept in touch, ordered the lenses, and responded to emails and phone calls.They never acted like I was anything but a valued customer.The glasses came on time and are as expected.My only issue was not being able to order a name brand progressive lense. However, the digital progressive that they offered seems as good as my last name brand progressive.I would order from them again.
