It wasn't easy to get through to customer service. The phone wasn't always answered. I ended up going through email to get a quote and figure out what was all going to cost. I had to get multiple quotes because they would leave out something. Finally the customer service rep snapped at me and said that the price I was given wouldn't be final until the order went through. I know I had a complicated order, but if she hadn't left out things I wouldn't have had to keep emailing her. Four stars because the glasses were fine and cost almost half what my eye doctor wanted for the same frames and lenses. Three stars for responsiveness and customer service. But I guess the price goes with that.
