I purchased glasses from Simply Eyeglasses that advertises themselves as a direct to consumer store but when I received the glasses they were not wearable as the logo was etched into the center of the lens. When I contacted customer service I was told I could return them less shipping and a $10 fee plus the cost of my own return shipping because “You purchased the frame only which comes directly from the manufacturer with the manufacturers demo lenses just like the frames you would see at an optical to try on frames.” The description and picture did not mention this at all nor was customer service able to show me where it was noted (because it’s not). Do not sell glasses fit only for an optometrist to an individual customer…you know better
