This place EXCEEDED my expectations (and my expectations were not low because I knew exactly what I wanted). I ordered a frame with prescription glasses and antiglare and transition coatings. The frame was not sold on other sites or brick and mortar stores anymore but I really, really wanted that specific frame. SimplyEyeglasses was THE ONLY ONE that was able to get an almost discontinued model directly from the manufacturer. They already started working on the lenses before the frame arrived, so the day the frame arrived the lens master/technician put the frame and lenses together and shipped it out that same day. I was blown away for several reasons: a) the fastest I ever gotten prescription glasses, b) they got me a frame nobody else could get me, c) Allison and Cindy that do the customer care phone service are phenomenal; they keep their promises and were very transparent throughout the process, d) their price was lower compared to other online competitors.As soon as I received my pair of prescription glasses I immediately ordered another pair and they will have me as a customer forever!
