Excellent company. I ordered a set of frames. I was contacted first by phone letting me know they had contacted the company that makes my frames. I was told that the company had my frames in stock. Simply Eyeglasses followed up via email twice letting me know that my frames had been ordered and what I should expect from then until my order arrived. They sent me an email when they had shipped my order complete with a tracking number. I received my order, and just like the service my order was more than I expected. They included a very nice glasses case plus a cleaning cloth. I highly recommend this company, I will order from them again without hesitation!
