This is my first time ordering frames and lens on line. I had been searching for a discontinued frame for literally years, yes, I said years. Every so often, I would get the bug to try to find them. My reasoning being that somewhere in the whole world, there must be one pair of used frames someone wanted to sell or a new pair stuck away in a warehouse. No luck UNTIL, I spoke to Cindy at Simply Eyeglasses. In just a few days, she emailed me that she had found my frames and she would have them sent to me! JOY! They came. Right size, right color. HAPPY! Now that I am sure I have the right frames, my level of TRUST in this company is high, so I decided to order lens from them, too, so sent the frames back along with my prescription. A couple of weeks later, I have my glasses. EASY! This company has a very informative web site, but if you can't find an answer to your question, there's always Cindy. She answered the phone each time I called and emailed me to keep me updated on my order. She made me feel like she had a personal interest in seeing that my glasses came out alright. Great Lady!Overall, I couldn't be more SATISFIED!
