I have to be honest, I was pretty nervous to order eyeglasses on line. The initial reason I even entertained ordering on line was I was able to find the designer frames I had seen for a fraction of the costs. I was diligent in making sure I was able to provide all the necessary information to complete the order. I even called them to make sure I was doing it correctly. I initially omitted the anti-glare on the lenses, wow that was a huge mistake! But I called them within a couple days and they were wonderful to walk me through the return process.. when they got them back they recheck the RX to make sure the problem I was having was not in regards to anything incorrect on their end. The turn around time in receiving the glasses after the anti glare was added was was two days! I couldn’t have asked for more helpful staff.. I called on a Saturday morning and got ahold of a lady (Allison?) who was so very helpful and she forwarded my concerns to my next contact, Cindy. Cindy was not only helpful, but she was kind, caring and compassionate...they all were truly AMAZING!!! Thank you Simply Eyeglasses for a GREAT experience for a fraction of the costs.
