Great experience from beginning to end! I ordered glasses in a very unique size. They recognized that the size was unique so they immediately called me to make sure there wasn't an error. I appreciated that extra step in customer service. When my glasses came I had issues focusing. I contacted Cindy to address the issues and she provided recommendations on how to alleviate the problem. In addition, she offered to provide a new set of lenses at no cost in case there were issues with my prescription. That was definitely going above and beyond! In the end, Cindy was correct in her recommendations so I didn't need to order new lenses. I am extremely happy with my purchase and experience and will no doubt be purchasing from them again!
