I have very difficult lenses to make because I want them made in glass and my frames are very, very small so it involves a lot of handwork. They have had a lot of lenses break while trying to cut them down to the size of my frame. To make me happy, they are trying to get them done anyway because I was pretty upset about it and there was some miscommunication. We talked it through on the phone and they are going to try to do it for me even though it is a really difficult task for them. So I have to say they are going above and beyond for me as a customer. They could just give up on it.
