We have ordered 2 pr glasses from Simply Eyeglasses.com. One was for my husband, the other was mine. We both had lens issues which SimplyEyeglasses was happy to resolve (although it was a long wait to get them). My husband is VERY happy with his glasses after they fixed his lens issue.
I also have a frame fit issue, but they cannot help me because I already had the lens issue - you are only allowed one return. So, I have really nice, $600 glasses that are WICKED UNCOMFORTABLE. Yes, I tried these frames on in a store before ordering them, but if you wear glasses, you know you need to wear them awhile before you really know how they will work out.
So, while the price is great, you really have to weigh whether the monetary savings is worth not being able to have someone fix the problems with your frames, or order you a different size frame at no charge.
(NOTE: Local optometrists will NOT adjust glasses that were purchased online, nor will they fix anything wrong with the frames.)
