I ordered a pair of prescription Versace glasses from their website a few months ago. The lenses were made and glasses were shipped within a very reasonable time frame. Fast forward to about two weeks ago -- I noticed that one of my lenses was sticking out a bit from the frame. I contacted the company and they responded promptly. Linda and Tracey answered any questions I had and I shipped the glasses out a few days later. They received my glasses on Monday, and Cindy called me the following day to explain my options (turns out that due to my prescription, I needed an upgrade to the lenses).
