I ordered a pair of glasses the beginning of December and paid the extra $30.00 to have them shipped within 5 business days. They didn't show up after 5 business days so I checked the tracking and they were in Switzerland! I inquired about them and they said they got loaded on the wrong plane so they were going to send me a replacement pair. After just about a month, they emailed me and said the glasses were on back order for another month. I decided to be patient and wait. After another month goes by, I inquire again and the glasses were on back order again. By this time I was fed up and told them to cancel my order. I then get an email the next day that they found my first pair of glasses and are sending them. I finally received the first pair I ordered THREE MONTHS LATER and they wouldn't even reimburse me the $30.00 I paid for the expedited shipping! What an awful company.
