After a month of being blind, I was thrilled to get my new glasses. After inspecting them, I noticed several flaws: buff marks on the bottom of a lens and little numbers and markings on the lenses that I noticed while trying to clean them. I contacted the company through their site to let them know about the problems. I still have not recieved a response. So customer service isn't so hot... neither is quality control add evidence by the huge buff mark on the bottom of the lens. Now... I have done a little research and have found that progressive lenses have the marks and, indeed, I do not notice them when I'm wearing them. But my frustrations could have been eased with a simple email. I am still weaRing the lenses with a buff mark that bugs me...but hey other than that the company is great. Yeah, that's sarcasm and I definitely don't recommend this company!
Update: I recieved a phone call from the company moments after posting this review. I believe they are going to make it right. They stated they did email after my initial complaint, which must have gotten lost in my spam folder. Feeling much better about my purchase and the quality of this company!!
