I am so glad that I "discovered" SimplyEyeglasses.com. They sent me my first pair of glasses I ordered. My eye dr. messed up my prescription. And I didn't like the frame. Stephanie and Tracy are wonderful, wonderful wonderful to work with. I sent the glasses back and was told by Tracy what to do and they will redo the glasses after seeing the eye dr. again and change out the frame, NO CHARGE! I did a recheck with the eye dr. who corrected the prescription. Sent it to Stephanie by email and had my new beautiful glasses within the week!!!! You CANNOT beat customer service like that!!!!
