I ordered a pair of Vera Wang eyeglasses that were discontinued. This site was the very last place that had them. My pair was the very last pair in black that was made from the designer in that particular style. I have same style in regular eyeglasses it's a tortoise style, and I really wanted the same, just in black, in transition eyeglasses. It took me just overs 6 months to find the perfect pair. So, naturally when these came in irregular, I was disappointed. I called the C.S line, and they were more than accommodating. They apologized for the inconvenience (which you don't get that anymore at most places) and then paid for an expedited S&H delivery of them, once they've been aligned properly. They were what C.S should be. I will definitely shop here again.
