I was nervous after making my order due to couple of the bad reviews on here, but I have received my beautiful fireplace! The original delivery date was changed to a further week so waited 2 weeks for delivery instead of 1 but not a problem it’s to be excepted with big deliveries. Delivery men were polite, bought it in and stayed to make sure it works. No complaints from me absolutely love it! Thank you simply home!
