I ordered a mirror from this company and was then contacted stating it was out of stock. I agreed to an alternative and we set a delivery date. The delivery was cancelled last minute by the company. They then gave me 5 additional dates when they assured me it would be delivered. The last date I was given was 27/5/23 where I was assured my senior management that my mirror will be with me that day and is worth the wait. On the day I heard nothing. I emailed the company and shortly afterwards received a call from someone claiming to be the delivery driver. They told me that the mirror is broken, they are very experienced in these types of damages and can hear that it is damaged so therefore there is no point delivering a faulty product. I have then emailed the company multiple times since (including the key word urgent) and have received no response. They have however found the time to update their Facebook page. As far as I’m concerned this is fraud. They accepted my money and appear to have had no intention to deliver my mirror. I have requested a full refund several times and have had no response. Avoid this company!Update after the reply from Simply Home. At the time I posted this review I had not received a refund despite several requests for a refund. I then opened a case through my payment card and that is why I was refunded. I also at no point saw or received the item as you’ve stated so I have no idea if it was damaged as it was NEVER in my possession.
