Goods were meant to be delivered 5-10 days! Came 8 weeks later and the dressing table has a massive crack. Sent the video of how the good were handled. Normally they unbox the goods and check them ! This time round the courier left at the front door dragging the goods . I have asked for a full refund and have now been blocked off WhatsApp and ignored through emails . So disappointed as I have used them before and have been good . All I want is my money back . I would upload the video of the courier turning the box upside and dropping it ! Surprised the glass never cracked which I think it must of been damaged before the courier. No one wants to get back so now I have to go down consumer right act . I can’t seem to reply your response! Do not make as though it was a good will gesture ! I had to message you on all platforms and post the pictures you blocked me on every social media and I got proof and I do not want your discount! I have proof of how your courier handled goods and you have never ever sent me the photos of the back of the dressing table ! You only sent the front and side ! I asked you for photos of the back and you refused to send. And what a coincidence that this last courier never checked the goods ! Yet in your policy it clearly states goods have to be checked on day . They were dragged along the path and slammed ! Then left at the door. I have reached out to Klarna for help with this ! Take your dressing table I want all my money
