Ordered white glass mirrored dressing table. Was lovely, very heavy. You'd think it was heavy duty but no. Cracked within 2 months later on top glass panel. Emailed to see if I could get any help. Email ignored for a week. I chased and got a reply asking for pictures. I sent pictures. Another week goes by. I chase again to be told I'm out of the returns policy. I appreciate that but you don't expect an item that expensive to crack so easily. I replied asking about warranty and guess what? Once again NO REPLY.Completely useless company very bad customer service.I don't doubt there are good products but customer service matters.The funniest thing is last week I got an email to review the item. My review wasn't approved.*edit after the reply I received.You ignored my last email, you did not suggest anything to me and there are other reviews saying they also got ignored in email. This is bad service, I shouldn't have to chase for a reply.Why can you reply to a 1 star review instantly but not an email.
