Dreadful after sales. Item was delivered but the delivery driver took the box which contained the screws to actually put together the table, and one of the mirrored legs were cracked and broken. Contacted the company within an hour or two of delivery, when I moved the items that the delivery driver had unboxed. Was told item was not broken on arrival and photos had Been taken, presumably taken showing the cracked side facing down, and that the screws would be delivered. Chased and chased for delivery of screws, no screw surfaces. I now have a broken table in pieces as nothing to assemble it and a cracked mirrored leg. Customer services seem to ignore my emails. Promised replacement screws two weeks ago, still nothing. I’m making a money claim tomorrow with the court for a refund since I’m being ignored by the company. Buyer beware!!!*** note that the seller has responded to this comment and seems to imply they replaced the item. They didn’t. They refused. The sent screws to put the broken table together. Very different. So just want to ensure transparency
