A proper better than first class service from Simply Home UK. After receiving an item that has been damaged in transit by a “third party” courier the Customer Service team were fantastic in getting a replacement sent out for the following day with a first class courier. Connor and his delivery mate were absolutely fantastic. They unpacked the item to check it was all intact and no damage had occurred, they photographed it and brought it in the house.
