This is the first time using this, and although I think it's a bit early for me to say if it is helping, The taste is really nice. So easy to make up too. I have mine with cold water everyday. Thanks Nootropics! I will still keep using this thou. I give it 3 stas for now, Only because it's too early for me to say if it's working....but it must be now that I think about as my hair is shiny now. I have been taking this for 8days including today. These guys are AMAZING with their help too. I have asked them many questions which have been answered all the time.
