From the start, Simpsons were upfront and the most affordable compared to other quotes I got. They always answered my questions, took my calls, and replied quickly to messages, which made the whole process so much easier. On move day everything went smoothly — the team were great with my 4-year-old too, answering all his questions and even showing him how the truck lift worked, which absolutely made his day! They also didn’t hesitate to use extra packaging to make sure everything was protected. After collection, my final volume came in lower than quoted and I even got a £299 refund! Couldn’t be happier — highly recommend them!
