Simyo is not what it was 10 years ago. Unexperienced calling employees dontbknow what to do or say. I ordered a phone and this could not be delivered die to wrong birthdate. They said i get my money in 2 days...still waiting. My new phone fm different provider is not accepted because Simyo says I still have a contract...oeps theyvforgot to cancel.Mistake over mistake.....no customer service actions are taken.Unemployed workers andxbad information...no more Simyo for me. Never.
