I had a subscription with them by which I had automatic payments enabled each month. I then went abroad for 2 months and didnt have access to my email or account infromation. When I returned, I was shocked to see that Simyo had added on an additional €40 on top of my regular balance as "administrative fees" because there was an issue with my bank. I've had many phone plans and not a single one would every add up penalty fees because there was an issue with payment, they would simply stop providing the service? I called and explained all this to them and was told that there was nothing they could do. Their app is not available in English and they have sneaky details hidden in their terms and conditions. The lack of flexibility and understanding is very slow-minded and I recommend anyone looking for a new phone plan avoid these people.
