I started my TSM journey late august after watching some online videos and doing some research on how it works. In the past I have tried and asked for help from doctors but nothing has helped like this has. I have suffered from alcohol use disorder for many years 30 plus ( binge drinker ) I used to drink mid week, have a massive blow out and feel completely rubbish for a few days then go do it all again on the weekend. After starting this method over 8 weeks ago I have got to not drinking mid week and have better drinking habits when I do drink on weekends. It’s not been all plane sailing but better than I could ever imagined. You have to remember to be compliant and take the tablet least 1 hour before alcohol consumption. I have done this thinking I wanted a drink that evening but then the craving has disappeared and I’ve got to bedtime and not even thought about it. You get great support too, I have had a lovely lady called Wioleta who has messaged me throughout for updates and checking I’m doing ok. I think this helps massively. From my experience I can certainly recommend TSM it’s so worth it. Good luck on your journey 😊
