I signed up on Single.dk almost 12 months ago for a monthly fee of 99 DKK. I trusted the platform and did not regularly check my bank statements.Recently, I discovered that instead of 99 DKK, they have been withdrawing around 700 DKK every month for the past year. Even more concerning, they also managed to withdraw 1000 DKK from another one of my accounts, which I never provided or authorized.This is extremely alarming and unacceptable. I did not agree to these charges, and I find the lack of transparency and control over payments very disturbing.I strongly advise others to carefully monitor their bank accounts if using this service, and to be very cautious before signing up.I have now contacted my bank and am taking steps to dispute these transactions.
