I subscribed on this site for a month and on the day the month expired I gave notice to cancel subscription. Needless to say they so blinded by their T&C's, I can't cancel as it's due for automatic renewal and j didn't gave notice in advance. Their customer service are not user-friendly at all and don't understand that I want to cancel due to unsatisfied and secondly the subscription trippeld.The people they match you with are really not what I expected it goes further than same interests.I just want my subscription canceled. Can that be so hard if I am not satisfied.In response to the comment of Lee. I already requested cancelation via the method mentioned by you. I want to cancel please I am not interested anymore.Thank you, yes there is a customer service agent attending to it however we are not making any progress. Maybe it should be escalated to someone that can finalize it.Thank you Kind regards
