I prepaid for 6 months and decided to end my sub-scription when they were coming to an end. I sent the cancellation form and that's when the misery started. They insisted that I pay 3000 NOK even to be allowed to cancel my subscribtion. Obviously I refused to do that since my cancelleation was well within the pre-paid period, but somehow they still managed to withdraw the money from my account without my aprroval and since then "customer-service" has been completely unavailable. I am absolutely mortified and don't know what to do at this point. I sure wish I had checked them more thorughly before entering this site.Edit 9/2: I have received your reply where you urge me to contact customer-service, but it seems that you completely overlooked my mention of customer-service not replying to any of the e-mails I have sent them already, so basically I still don't know what to do? Yes I have managed to delete my account after you withdrew 3000 NOK from my account without my permission, so obviously now I need a solid guarantee that I have been compltely deleted from your systems. It sure would be nice if customer-service could actually answer me directly so we didn't have to communicate through Trustpilot...
