I am certain that there must have been an error on your system updating my profile. I would really appreciate you cancel any request in fees because they are not right. Please remove this collection from my account. I did deactivate my account. I no longer wish to continue with your app. It didn’t work for me since the first day so I cancelled my subscription and deactivated my account. I would like to think that this is a system error and not a sort of trap trying to take money from people. It has come to a shock to read this email. As a person with experience of subscription to different types of apps I do follow the protocol and honour my payments if the app it’s good. When an app does not suit me I cancell my subscription and deactivate it straight away. Please I would appreciate if you could help me out here because I am very sure of cancelling/deactivate and I am not using the app and will not use it. Please don’t force me with a collection process to pay you money due to an error in your system. My subscription was €19.96 NOT €49.99
